About Us

With over 20 years of experience in technology and cybersecurity, I am a strategic and agile leader who leverages technical subject matter expertise and people skills to deliver results. I lead a cross-regional team that supports transformation efforts by establishing standard practices for data quality and governance across the enterprise.

I also have a strong background in identity and access management, information security, and project management, having led and facilitated global initiatives to enhance controls, streamline processes, and drive innovation. I am passionate about mentoring and coaching others, promoting collaboration and inclusion, and bridging gaps and solving problems. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to share my knowledge and insights with others.

I created and host the Bytes, Bits and Brilliance: Journeys Beyond the Code Podcast where we seek to bridge the mentorship gap by providing tangible models of representation, for underrepresented people in Tech and Cybersecurity. We do this by exploring the triumphs and challenges faced by underrepresented women and men who are senior leaders or tenured in our profession.
